Nine year old Cody Waters is a local student/athlete
that is battling brain cancer.
Since the spring, he has been through several surgeries,
braved radiation and endured chemotherapy.
His parents have spent countless hours at
Children's Hospital of Orange County .
Let’s help take care of “the little things”, so the
Waters family can take care of Cody
Friday, September 26th at Friday Night Lights Football League
(on the field located behind Oak Middle School – Los Alamitos ) 3:30-9:00 p.m.
Saturday September 27th & Sunday, September 28th at LAYB
(Los Alamitos Youth Baseball Fields - Lexington & Farquhar)
SAT. 4:30 - 8:00 PM SUN. 9:30 – 8:00 PM
Collection buckets will be on hand for donations for the family. We suggest gift cards for groceries, gas, pharmacies, restaurants or monetary donations.
Coins For Cody – Collection jars will be available at Friday Night Lights food vendor booths and the LAYB snack shack for you to donate your spare change from your purchases. Jars will also be at local businesses in Los Alamitos and Seal Beach
Cuts For Cody – Hair cutting professionals will be down at the field giving free buzz cuts. It’s a great way to show your support for Cody. (Friday night only at Oak Field)
