DALLAS IN HIS JUMPER!!!

He's seventeen weeks (!!!) now, and he loves to practice standing, so we thought it might be time for a jumper.  And we also heard that it can help burn off some energy and help kids sleep better, so we couldn't get this quick enough, lol.  His feet don't quite touch the ground yet, so we put a little pillow under him so he can push off of that.  He was all smiles and drool this first time in!  And lol--I think the jumper plays The Chicken Dance.  If you have kids, what was your experience with the jumper?

You may have heard me talking about Acacia Adult Day Services, and I just wanted to say again what a wonderful place it is!  I visited them in Garden Grove, and asked if I could come and spend some of MY days there.  It is a beautiful and warm and FUN place for older adults, where they can come and make new friends and do all of these great activities (there's a garden, exercise room, arts and crafts and tons more!), and also get the specialized health services and attention they need.  One gal I talked to said that she loves to come every day while her daughter is at work to see her friends, and that every Sunday she has her outfit for Acacia on  Monday set out on her bed.  How cute is that?  Acacia is just off the 22 in Garden Grove, and you can stop in and see them anytime.  Their phone number is 714-530-1566, and the site is http://www.acacia-services.org/

Michael W. Smith, Natalie Grant, and tons of other artists have recorded a song to help the people of Haiti, and you can watch the video in our Music News section.

What are your plans for St. Patty's Day?  Crystal emailed that she'll be having Green Eggs (hold the ham), and possibly a Green English Muffin!

Doesn't it seem like our to-do lists are getting longer and our days crazier?  I heard a great saying that you can use to help prioritize tasks.  Ask yourself, "Does this tire me or inspire me?"
